Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with 1790 Watches. Each watch is custom made to order. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Shipping Locations
 

1790 Watches currently ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
 

2. Made to Order Processing Time
 

All products are custom made to order.

Because each piece is individually made, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order ships.

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, materials availability, holidays, or other circumstances affecting production.


3. Shipping Time After Production


Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier used.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Methods and Carriers


Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers, depending on the package, destination, and shipping option selected at checkout.

Available shipping options, if any, will be shown at checkout.


5. Shipping Rates


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, 1790 Watches may offer shipping promotions. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer.


6. Order Tracking


If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent by email once the order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier tracking system to update after the package has been accepted.


7. Delays


Because each product is custom made, production and shipping timelines may occasionally be extended.

1790 Watches is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, supply issues, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

1790 Watches is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@1790watches.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has started or the order has shipped.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier handling the shipment.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@1790watches.com as soon as possible and include your order number and any relevant details or photos. We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
