Movement:
When selecting your timepiece, the first choice that sets the tone is the movement, the heartbeat of the watch. An Automatic movement is ideal for an active yet easy-going lifestyle, perfectly suited for time in the studio, at meetings, or offstage; it’s powered by natural motion, never needs a battery, and features the smooth “sweeping” second hand collectors value, earning it the reputation as the industry’s dependable workhorse.
A Quartz movement, on the other hand, is built for high-energy performance and durability, making it a strong choice for life on stage or on the move. Traditionally, quartz movements “tick” once per second, but the Quartz we use beats four times each second, giving the illusion of a smoother sweep while maintaining unbeatable precision and toughness. Ultimately, the decision comes down to personal preference, whether you prefer the classic, fluid elegance of Automatic or the rugged precision of Quartz designed to perform under pressure.
Crown position:
All watches (except for Lady Liberty) pictured has the crown at the 9 o’clock position. This is known as Destro. I made this like this as it is sometime uncomfortable to have it in the traditional spot of 3 or 4 o’clock position. We can do either position at the same price.
